Can I click "Keep Shell" from the command-line?

The xPanel page has a "Keep Shell" button that seems to reset a "Shell expires" countdown clock. So I gather that if I don't click this every 2 weeks my shell will be deleted.

Is there any way for me to do the equivalent of clicking that button from the command-line in my shell so I don't have to go to the website?
You can click the button on website or come on our IRC chat irc.freenode.net #xShellz and type this !keep username.

maybe if you can make a script

it's better to do it manually, to make you more active in keeping your account active
